Australian Retirement Communities Pty Ltd (ARC) currently owns and operates fourteen Retirement Villages throughout Victoria. We have over the past two years contracted the catering and cleaning services at two of our Villages to Elynwood Pty Ltd.
We are pleased that the level of service provided to our residents by Elynwood Pty has been commendable. I have been delighted to find that our Villages are now cleaned more thoroughly with great attention to detail. Elynwood Pty has had the cleaning contract at Kensington Primary School since September 1997.
During that time the company has provided the school with an excellent service. The cleaners are pleasant, co-operative, diligent and the standard of their work is excellent. They have on many occasions completed tasks above and beyond the requirements of the contract.
Michael Ebejer, the Director of the company, has responded immediately to any concerns that I have raised with him in regard to the cleaning. Michael’s ability to liaise with me on a regular basis has ensured that he and the cleaners have a clear understanding of School Council expectations in relation to the cleaning of the school. In his role as supervisor he had ensure that these expectations are maintained at all times by the cleaners.
Michael had also provided excellent advice and service to the school above and beyond the agreed contract. This advice and service has included window cleaning, maintenance and repairs, purchasing supplies and addressing the problem of pigeons around the school.
I have been extremely happy with the service provided by Elynwood Pty Ltd and I would highly recommend them as school cleaners.
